Overall, I had a mixed experience at Sana Malhoa Hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options, and the staff, especially Clara, were extremely helpful. However, I was disappointed with the limited amenities in the room, especially the lack of a kettle and the unclear minibar pricing. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, but the location is a bit out of the way for quick access to downtown Lisbon.

While the overall staff were friendly and helpful, I encountered a reception staff member who seemed less engaged. However, most interactions were positive, especially with the concierge, who offered great assistance.

The hotel is situated in a quieter area, which is nice, but it took about 10 minutes on foot to reach the metro for access to the city center. I felt there were limited dining options immediately nearby.

Breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The buffet had a wonderful assortment, though I did have a couple of issues with the scrambled eggs and fizzy orange juice on some days.

The amenities were quite basic, with no pool on site and room service charges being quite high. I also found it odd that a kettle was not available in the room, especially for a business hotel.
